*Accommodations are priced separately: $1,000 USD per person for a shared room, or $1,200 USD per person for a single room—for a four night stay. This rate includes lodging, three meals per day, and snacks.

  • Upon registering and paying the deposit, all participants must schedule and complete an initial eligibility interview to be formally accepted to this event cohort.
  • Full payment of the registration fee balance is due by October 5 or your registration may be canceled and you will lose your deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable(with exceptions for Scholarship ticket holders).
We are unable to transfer tuition payments to a subsequent event. Please understand that cancellations impose a burden on our staff and the below policy covers us in the event we are unable to fill a cancelled spot. Final payment to PRATI is due on Sunday, October 5.

 

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before the training start date will receive a full refund of payment, minus the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 60 days of the training start date will receive a 50% refund of payment, minus the deposit.
  • Cancellations made 4 weeks or less before the training start date are not eligible for a refund.
