Ethan Bratt, MS, LMFT, AASECT Certified Sex Therapist

I work with individuals and those in relationships who are struggling with their relationships: to themselves, to their sexuality, to their loved ones.
I approach my work from a humanistic, health oriented perspective. I focus on the person, not the problem. We work together to help them heal from the trauma in their life and develop the courage and skills needed to embrace the healthy life they are seeking.
Psychedelics offer a powerful vehicle for insight, exploration, healing, and growth. I have witnessed first hand how Ketamine can be transformational for many in addressing both mood issues such as depression and anxiety but also issues around shame, disconnection, fear, insecurity, and more.
My passions in this area are Ketamine experiential sessions or other outside psychedelic experiences as a means of inviting forgiveness, deepening connection, resolving fear, dissolving shame, and embracing acceptance in the context of our relationships and our experience of sexuality, both what we like and what we dislike about our sexuality.
In addition to my PRATI training as a Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapist, I my formal education is in marriage and family therapy with advanced training in adult relational work. I am also a certified sex therapist with experience in helping clients with sexual dysfunction, sexual shame, sexuality and religiosity, and unwanted/out of control sexual behaviors.
Connection is fundamental to humanity. I believe that much of the pain and dysfunction of life is the result of disconnection whether from the internal self (values, emotions, spirit, etc.) or the greater world (family, friends, greater community, and the earth).
The therapeutic relationship and the connection between the client and clinician has been shown to be the most one of the most potent contributing factors to change that exists in the therapy office. I honor and respect this in how I engage with my clients. We are human being first and foremost and connecting at that level if integral to our work. Much of my practices as a clinician focus on my clients building or rebuilding their relationship with themself and those around them and doing so authentically. Connection is both the root and the goal of my work with my clients.
