Heather Curtis

I am the Founder and Executive Director I THRIVE Incorporated 501c3, a nonprofit based in Salt Lake City, Utah and dedicated to serving survivors of sexual violence and trauma. I am studying Integrated Psychiatry under the mentorship of Elana Miller MD of Zen Psychiatry and am a current student at the California Institute of Integral Studies Center for Psychedelic Therapies and Research.

I serve as medical Director at the New Leaf inpatient behavioral health facility in Blackfoot, Idaho. New Leaf is associated with Bingham Memorial Hospital where I also provide consult and liaison services to the emergency department, medical floor, and ICU. Bingham Memorial Hospital is Idaho’s largest critical access hospital, serving a wide rural catchment area in southeast Idaho.
