Rachel Edwards, Licensed Professional Counselor

In my work, I provide a space dedicated to deep healing, nervous system restoration, and meaningful transformation. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, complex trauma, and life transitions. My approach integrates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy to support profound emotional processing and lasting change. I believe that true healing unfolds not just through insight, but through compassionate connection, attuned presence, and the courage to turn inward.
I’m passionate about walking alongside clients on their healing journeys and offer a warm, grounded, and collaborative presence. I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to my work, informed by my own path of trauma recovery and spiritual growth. As a nature-lover and lifelong learner, I am committed to bringing curiosity, empathy, and deep respect to each client’s unique process – creating space for them to reconnect with their authentic self.
My clinical work is rooted in a deep respect for the sacred interconnectedness of self, community, nature, and spirit. My journey into this work has been shaped by years of experience in trauma recovery, mental health, multicultural diversity, early childhood education, and nature-based connection. I am passionate about emotionally attuned, culturally sensitive, and compassionate care, and these values continue to guide my trauma-informed, relational approach to therapy. Across each chapter of my career, I’ve been committed to helping people feel seen, valued, and capable of transformation. My intention is to support clients in reconnecting with themselves, the earth, and their communities, while finding meaning in life and returning to authenticity and a sense of wholeness.
