PRATI Psilocybin Practicum: May 28-31, 2026

PRATI Psilocybin Practicum

May 28-31, 2026

Welcome to the PRATI practicum experience. We are pleased to offer a comprehensive program that meets the Colorado Natural Medicine Health Act (NMHA) requirements, designed to deepen your facilitation skills and expand your understanding of psychedelic-assisted therapy in a supportive, professional environment.

Important note: To support a high-quality and well-resourced practicum experience, each practicum offering requires a minimum enrollment of eight (8) participants. If this minimum is not reached, PRATI will work closely with registered participants to explore alternative dates or placement options. Any schedule changes will be communicated at least three (3) weeks prior to the scheduled start date. We recommend booking refundable or transferable travel and accommodation arrangements to allow for this possibility.

The PRATI Psilocybin Practicum is a four-day, in-person program that begins on Thursday at 8:00 a.m. and concludes on Sunday at 3:00 p.m. All times listed are in the Mountain Time Zone. In addition to the in-person training, participants are required to attend one 2-hour virtual group preparation session and one 2-hour virtual integration session on the following dates:

  • Practicum Prep Zoom Call: Monday, May 11 @ 12:00 – 2:00pm MT
  • Practicum Integration Call: Thursday, June 4 @ 10:00am – 12:00pm MT
Our NMHA-compliant practicum provides hands-on experience in preparation, integration, and an experiential component, where participants are invited to partake in the medicine themselves, allowing for a profound, firsthand understanding of the therapeutic process. This unique curation of supervisors and educators offers an opportunity to deepen your relationship to psilocybin facilitation and the medicine itself within the framework of the Colorado regulatory model.
All participants must have successfully completed a Colorado-approved Psilocybin Facilitator Training Program before enrolling in this practicum.
Possession of a valid NMIT license is required in accordance with Colorado NMHA regulations for the practicum to qualify toward the mandated 40-hour requirement.

The experiential space will be held in a culturally attuned and trauma-informed manner, ensuring a supportive and valuable experience for facilitators of all levels. This practicum will prepare facilitators to create safe, supportive spaces for diverse populations, fostering growth and competence in the evolving field of psychedelic-assisted therapy. By combining practical experience with expert guidance, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of psilocybin facilitation within the context of Colorado’s regulatory landscape.

To meet the required hours for the practicum, participants are expected to attend the scheduled preparation and integration Zoom sessions on the designated dates and times. • A $500 administrative transfer fee may apply.

15–30 days before practicum

Less than 14 days before practicum

  • Enrollment is non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases of documented state administrative delay verified by the training institution.
