$500 deposit
If you would like to apply for a scholarship, please register by selecting the โScholarship Ticketโ option and submitting a $500 deposit. Once your registration is complete, you will receive an email with a link to the scholarship application. If you are awarded a scholarship, the $500 deposit will be applied toward your total cost. If you are not selected, the full deposit will be refunded to you.
Scholarships are offered at two levelsโ$1,900 (half scholarship) and $2,850 (quarter scholarship)โand are limited based on available funding. Youโll indicate the registration fee tier amount you can afford within the application.
The deadline for submitting applications is Monday, September 22, and scholarship awardees will be notified via email by Monday, September 29.ย
**Scholarships do not include travel costs, accommodations, or meals.
Accommodations are priced separately: $1,200 USD per person for a shared room, or $1,400 USD per person for a single roomโfor a four night stay. This rate includes lodging, three meals per day, and snacks.
