Your spot at the event is confirmed upon registration and receipt of the $500 deposit. The remaining balance is due by Sunday, October 5. If full payment is not received by this date, you will lose your spot and your deposit will be forfeited. PRATI will send you a reminder email with a link to pay the balance before the deadline.

All participants must make a reservation and payment directly with the venue, in addition to their payment to PRATI. Further details will be provided in the welcome email sent upon completion of registration.

Accommodations are priced separately: $1,200 USD per person for a shared room, or $1,400 USD per person for a single roomโ€”for a four night stay. This rate includes lodging, three meals per day, and snacks.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable(with exceptions for Scholarship ticket holders).
We are unable to transfer tuition payments to a subsequent event. Please understand that cancellations impose a burden on our staff and the below policy covers us in the event we are unable to fill a cancelled spot.

 

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before the training start date will receive a full refund of payment, minus the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 60 days of the training start date will receive a 50% refund of payment, minus the deposit.
  • Cancellations made 4 weeks or less before the training start date are not eligible for a refund.
