Social Media Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage PRATI’s social media accounts, create engaging content, and support our communications strategy. This remote position requires 3-5 hours per week, and we prefer a candidate based in Colorado, as we are based out of Fort Collins, CO. Compensation: $27 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage PRATI social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook).
  • Write and design all social media content, ensuring they align with PRATI’s brand voice and visual guidelines. This includes static posts, short videos, and other multimedia content that resonates with and engages our audience.
  • Utilize social media management tools like Buffer and Meta Business Manager to schedule posts and maintain social media content calendar.
  • Track performance of posts, report data, and adjust strategy based on data using Meta Business Manager and LinkedIn performance results.
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Maintain video and image library using Google Drive.
  • Collaborate with video editor and photographers for content creation.
  • Collaborate with PRATI Communications Specialist and Executive Director to support comprehensive communications strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Meta Business Manager).
  • Strong understanding of social media data analytics and reporting.
  • Experience with Canva and basic graphic design skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in nonprofit or health-related organizations.
  • Familiarity with the psychedelic therapy field.
