I am committed to ongoing education, training, and self-work around identity, racism and community. I do not discriminate based on race, sex, age, sexual orientation, relationship choices, or disability in my practice. It is important to me to not assume that I understand your lived experience, your trauma, or your culture. I am committed to being open and honest in the therapeutic experience when my own identity limits my ability to understand and validate the experience of the client. I am also committed to running my practice in a way that upholds ethical values, respects nature and community, and works towards social justice.
