Brianna Bendixsen, M.A., is passionate about advancing research and community education into psychedelic-assisted therapies to reduce the stigma often associated with psychedelic medicines. She is currently the study coordinator for MAPS’ study of MDMA-assisted psychotherapy for PTSD in Fort Collins, and is also a registered psychotherapist and MDMA Therapy Training Program trainee. Before landing in Colorado, she conducted research and completed her graduate internship working with children and adolescents with PTSD at Penn State Children’s Hospital and Center for Protection of Children.
