Description of Services

In holding the Eastern-based philosophy that sees every human as inherently whole and brilliantly sane, I believe that every pain we carry–at its source–shares the wisdom of how to heal it. Supporting you in connecting more directly to your experience, to inhabit your body, and compassionately navigate the sometimes complex layers of this space can allow for reintegration of parts of yourself you may have lost connection to.

In reconciliation of one’s whole being–there is often a reclaiming of our lived experience that needs to happen for greater alignment to occur within ourselves and within our relationships.

From a body psychotherapy approach I am rooted in the transpersonal, allowing for spiritual pieces to unfold where they may. I support incorporating elements from wilderness and beyond, music, expressive arts, movement , and altered-state therapies. I offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, pre and post-ritual integration, often helping people challenged by trauma, anxiety, and depression.

I work with people who are ready to listen to their body, open to new information and new ways of perceiving. I work as a compassionate guide, not an authority, of my client’s experience.
