Description of Services

I’m a somatic therapist and practitioner of acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. I use a mindfulness based approach to psychedelic integration. I see goodness as the ground of our experience, even our shadows have their own wakefulness and purpose. Every moment is an invitation to reconnect and remember that wisdom. My approach to healing is contemplative, inner-directive and client centered. I believe we all have an inner healer. Each client is their own therapist, and my role is to listen and support that process.

Briefly describe how your clinical work or business practice (e.g., policies, practices, or educational offerings) aligns with PRATI's Purpose statement: "Reconnecting to the Sacred: Self, Community, Nature, and Spirit".

As individuals we do our own inner work to wake up and show up for others. I’m committed to a life that explores self awareness and strives to be in service to others. Yes, psychedelics can help us heal individually and collectively, but we also need to imagine a world beyond psychedelics. I believe there is a world waiting to meet us on the other side. This world exists under our feet, one that is indigenous, that lives within and not apart from nature, a world that uses technology to promote ecology, that celebrates diversity and inclusivity, that honors both the wisdom of our ancestors and welcomes the novelty of future generations. I support a vision of a sacred world that recognizes the interdependence of all living things. Psychedelics have the power to change our minds and open our hearts, but only when we come down and bow down, then the real work of joining heaven and earth begins. This happens through practicing reciprocity, responsibility, and the right relationship to the earth and all its people, the trees and the greenery and so on.

To all our relations.
