Danielle Hughes, MA, LPC, LPC

Counselor
I am a firm believer that we are not meant to go through our lives alone, but that often life’s struggles can leave us feeling alone and isolated. Even when our well intended friends and family try to help us, sometimes there are just things that they aren’t equipped to help us with; and that can leave us feeling more alone and misunderstood than we did before. Whether you are grieving the death of a loved one, dealing with PTSD, depression, anxiety, divorce/break-up, chronic illness, or relational struggles, I am here to walk alongside you.
The clients I work with report that they feel I am very easy to talk to and that they appreciate my empathic, but direct approach. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, and work with people in all (consensual and ethical) relational structures. I am trained in EMDR, PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy), and KAP (Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy).
I am excited and honored to be able to offer KAP to clients, as I have personally experienced the healing benefits of Ketamine.
