I am in private practice in Atlanta GA for over 35 years. I work experientially with people, leading several ongoing groups, as well as seeing individuals and couples. I primarily utilize Psychomotor Therapy, Energy Medicine exercises, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), EMDR, Brain spotting, Trauma Resiliency Method, (TRM), Mindfulness tools and Relationship Therapy to catalyze and deepen the transformational process that occurs in the sacred space of psychotherapy.

I have also facilitated monthly workshops since 1995, each year focusing on a different theme. This past year we focused on what currently feels most important to many of us – our relationship and Oneness with Mother Earth, GAIA, and how to “F#@king Shine Anyway” as we navigate these chaotic times of climate crisis, grief and division.

Another professional passion is guiding people through a year-long online “Marrying Yourself Journey,” which involves self-retrieval work, the balancing of feminine and masculine energies, and a strong emphasis on self-knowledge and self-care (a.k.a., “inner parenting”). I am so excited to integrate KAP into my therapy work. I value ketamine and the use of psychedelics to open doorways into consciousness that could not otherwise be accessed, often allowing for amazing, powerful healings and transformations.

My own experience is that ketamine and other alternative medicines serve to loosen up the identification with our stories of suffering and expand our sense of Self to include and accept all parts of ourselves as a tapestry of the Mystery, rooting and rising into a sense of sacred spiritual attunement.
