Jennifer Phelps, MS, MD
I am double boarded in family practice as well as integrative medicine and heavily focus on mind body medicine. I am most passionate about providing a safe KAP experience for patients which includes thorough preparation, intention setting and work with mind body skills before a sublingual or IM ketamine session. Our mind body work will be informed by the community trauma work and individual trauma modalities I have been trained in which include breath work, meditation, guided imagery, biofeedback, hypnotherapy, and CRM. Most important is the integration work after and between sessions to bring insights to enhance everyday living. If interested, I offer online group integration circles which powerfully expand individual work creating a profound space for connectivity and healing in community.
I support equity and justice in healing for individuals and communities balanced with nature and wholeness in spirt.
