Kit Freedman

Hi, I’m Kit Freedman — a Wyoming-based counselor in private practice at Soma Spirit Therapeutics in Laramie, WY. I use a humanistic, person-centered approach rooted in mindfulness with a strong dose of Internal Family Systems thinking. Through my work, I help clients integrate various aspects of their lives, experiences, and identities to achieve a more harmonious, balanced, and fulfilling existence. I hold a MS in counseling (2023), a dual MA degree in cultural anthropology and environment & natural resources (2012), and a BS in exercise physiology and human nutrition (2009), all from the University of Wyoming. PRATI certified for Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (2023).
