With over 25 years of experience as a Board Certified Internal Medicine/Primary Care physician in Rochester, I’ve transitioned my holistic healthcare practice to focus on Ketamine Assisted Therapy. In addition to my KAP training I am also a graduate of the 2022 CIIS Certificate in Psychedelic Therapy and Research program and an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine/Primary Care at the University of Rochester Medical Center.
I am dedicated to offering comprehensive care, expert guidance, and a safe, open-hearted space. I believe in the profound power of this medicine for deep self-exploration within a personalized, thoughtful, and trusting relationship.
I provide personalized medical consultations and KAP treatment strategy recommendations tailored specifically for each patient and their goals. Services include medication prescribing, preparation coaching, supervised medicine sessions, and integration coaching. I work collaboratively with licensed KAP therapists who require prescriber support. Additional services include psychedelic medicine harm reduction counseling.
I specialize in working with people who have various challenges, such as chronic depression, anxiety disorders, trauma/PTSD, and professional burn-out/moral distress. My focus also includes KAP in palliative care settings for those facing life-limiting or chronic illnesses, grief, loss, and end-of-life existential distress.
I invite you to join me in this work supporting your aliveness and well-being .My mission is to provide this transformational tool in a safe, ethical, and professional setting, helping you navigate your healing journey and integrating body, soul, heart, mind and spirit.
Today, our society grapples with a mental health crisis stemming from a confluence of challenges: social dislocation, systemic racism, threats to civil rights, and existential threats like climate change and disruptive technology.
I firmly believe that Ketamine and other psychedelic medicines offer gateways to healing, helping individuals find peace, meaning, and connection in a world fraught with turmoil, and unveiling the wisdom within us for profound personal and societal transformation
