Briefly describe how your clinical work or business practice (e.g., policies, practices, or educational offerings) aligns with PRATI's Purpose statement: "Reconnecting to the Sacred: Self, Community, Nature, and Spirit".

My clinical work includes PRATI’s purpose statement “Reconnecting to the Sacred: Self, Community, Nature, and Spirit” by incorporating the following principles:

Self: Promoting self-awareness and holistic well-being. My practice emphasizes self-care, mindfulness, and personal growth. I offer therapeutic approaches that encourage clients to explore their inner selves, values, and beliefs, fostering a deeper connection to their own sense of the sacred within.

Community: Nurturing a sense of belonging and interconnectedness by encouraging clients to connect to their own version of community.

Nature: Recognizing the healing power of the natural world. Encouraging clients to reconnect with nature to enhance mental and emotional well-being.

Spirit: Addressing spiritual well-being and existential questions. I provide a space for individuals to explore their spirituality, whatever that may mean to them. This may involve offering counseling that aligns with clients’ spiritual beliefs or facilitating discussions on existential questions to help clients reconnect with their sense of the sacred in life.
