I’m a licensed professional counselor with experience working in non-profit agencies, group practices, and inpatient hospital systems. I specialize in proving therapy to 20 and 30 something women on issues such as

Generational trauma
Relationship conflict
Chronic worrying

While I consider my approach to be eclectic pulling from many evidence based modalities, I have advanced specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR),. Cognitive behavioral training, a way to challenging unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, and Ketamine Assisted Therapy.

I have found that I work best with clients who are…

Curious about what is keeping them stuck
Interested in honest and compassionate feedback
Ready to put in the work to achieve their therapy goals

I support PRATI’s vision of a planet in which people flourish and thrive in right relationship with the natural world.
Briefly describe how your clinical work or business practice (e.g., policies, practices, or educational offerings) aligns with PRATI's Purpose statement: "Reconnecting to the Sacred: Self, Community, Nature, and Spirit".

My clinical work includes PRATI’s purpose statement “Reconnecting to the Sacred: Self, Community, Nature, and Spirit” by incorporating the following principles:

Self: Promoting self-awareness and holistic well-being. My practice emphasizes self-care, mindfulness, and personal growth. I offer therapeutic approaches that encourage clients to explore their inner selves, values, and beliefs, fostering a deeper connection to their own sense of the sacred within.

Community: Nurturing a sense of belonging and interconnectedness by encouraging clients to connect to their own version of community.

Nature: Recognizing the healing power of the natural world. Encouraging clients to reconnect with nature to enhance mental and emotional well-being.

Spirit: Addressing spiritual well-being and existential questions. I provide a space for individuals to explore their spirituality, whatever that may mean to them. This may involve offering counseling that aligns with clients’ spiritual beliefs or facilitating discussions on existential questions to help clients reconnect with their sense of the sacred in life.
