I feel privileged to be a witness and a supportive presence with my clients, to helping them connect, trust, and listen to their deep self. My hope is that they find the thread of wisdom and vitality within themselves leading to a soulful and heart-led life.
Together, we co-create a pathway using my training, skills, experiences, and intuition, including somatic, nature-based, spiritual, and creative theories and practices to guide you on your own journey to connect to and trust your deep self, curate a life of wholeness, embodied aliveness, and engagement.
A seeker and learner by nature, some of the ways that I’ve added to my knowledge base are through education with Internal Family Systems (IFS or Parts work), sex therapy certification with the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT), End of LIfe/Existential issues Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy with PRATI, IFS and Ketamine with the Ketamine Training Center, and partnering with Sequoia Center to provide affordable psychedelic assisted therapy services, and studying for certification in Psilocybin facilitation.
