My goal as a nurse has always been to assist people to return to vibrant good health. In recent years that has included using plant medicines, and now ketamine as a means to achieving connection with self and nature as part of one indivisible whole. I use art, movement and nature as a way to stabilize the insights gained in journey work. For the world to thrive and flourish, the individual must thrive and flourish.
