Hello, I am Nurse Practitioner in Northern CA.
I am deeply passionate about experiencing life with zeal, peace, love, and laughter. The school of thought I study, practice, and live by integrates the mind-body-spirit connection.
I have been studying psychedelic medicine since 2018, when I received profound physical and emotional healing from an Ayahuasca retreat in Peru. I hold certifications in: Ketamine and Psychedelic Medicine through PRATI, Psychedelic Assisted Therapies through Naropa University, MDMA Therapy Training through MAPS, and Addiction Recovery and Psycho-Spiritual Integration through Being True To YOU.
I have had an active meditative and spiritual practice for over 30 years and am an ordained Spiritual Peace Minister.
I have witnessed and heard hundreds of healing stories with the help of psychedelic medicine. Psychedelic medicine has helped with, but not limited to:

• Gain the skills that will enable you to reach mild expanded states of consciousness through other practices such as mindfulness,
meditation, breathe work, etc.
• To successfully integrate the insights gained from the journey into your life and make the necessary life changes that will allow you to
move through life in a more meaningful, joyful, peaceful, and loving way.
