Description

PRATI is pleased to offer partial scholarships in five categories to support diversity, inclusion, and accessibility within our community:

  1. Person of the Global Majority; Historically/systemically excluded
  2. LGBTQIA2s+
  3. Person with a disability
  4. Veteran
  5. Person with financial need

We consider many contexts that impact socioeconomic accessibility in granting scholarship awards. This includes but is not limited to household size and number of dependents, expendable income, access to generational wealth, and debt-to-income ratio.

We offer a limited number of scholarships based on available resources across three tuition tiers. To apply for a scholarship, please purchase a Scholarship Ticket with a $500 deposit and you will be sent a link to fill out the application. You will indicate the tuition tier amount you are able to afford within the application. Please note that scholarships do not include food or lodging fees.

Applicants will be contacted once scholarship award decisions have been made. Scholarship applicants not chosen will receive a full refund for their deposit. Please only apply for one training scholarship opportunity at a time!

The Application

  • The scholarship application form is not a “test” of need.
  • Please do not consider application questions about personal identities, education, and licensure as definitive reflections of your lived or professional experience.
  • Within the application, you will select the total tuition amount you are able to afford from three tiers: $500, $1650, or $2475. Your deposit payment will be factored in to your scholarship award.

Decisions and Notifications

  • We currently have limited resources and a small team to review scholarship applications and ask for patience during the time of review.
  • We regret that we cannot approve all applications or provide status updates or individual feedback on applications or award decisions.
  • We consider a variety of factors and involve multiple people in the decision-making process.
