I am a Licensed Professional Therapist in Colorado and work with adolescents 10 years old and older. I also serve individuals and couples of all ages with a cognitive behavioral approach and other approaches as needed. I come from a background in K-12 schools as a teacher, school counselor and Principal. I also offer spiritual counseling with a background of being a monk for 4 years in Colorado and offer Ketamine assisted psychotherapy as well.
My background experiences of traveling through India, Nepal and Thailand visiting Monasteries, practicing meditation for over 30 years, being an avid outdoor enthusiast; hiking, trail running, camping, and river sports, being a Trappist monk, serving as a teacher, counselor and Principal in K-12 and college education, as a psychotherapist, and being married and raising two beautiful daughters have helped me and continue to help me connect to Self, Community, Nature, and Spirit. The Ketamine assisted therapy program has been another connection to this lifelong goal.
