I am a Licensed individual, group and couples therapist, and supervisor in Denver, Colorado
I am a somatic, holistic, interpersonal and transpersonal trauma-resolution therapist specializing in developmental injuries. I use love, spirit and lots of therapy tools to reconnect you to the innate health and healer within yourself.
Additionally I am a Certified Hakomi Therapist, trained in Sensorimotor 1, EMDR, EFCT, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.

I believe I am just a source that people come to to help guide them back to their own innate healer and then fortify and trust the Self to guide them through samsara.
