Description of Services

I am a board-certified Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the medical provider at Reclaim U Health & Wellness, where I specialize in the evaluation and medical management of adults receiving IV and IM ketamine treatment for treatment-resistant psychiatric and pain conditions. My practice serves individuals with complex presentations, including recurrent or chronic depression, bipolar-spectrum depression, PTSD, and trauma-related mood disorders, as well as chronic pain syndromes such as fibromyalgia and centralized pain conditions that coexist with psychiatric illness.

I completed PRATI’s Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) training and incorporate this framework into my medical ketamine practice through comprehensive psychiatric assessment, careful patient selection, individualized dosing strategies, and close physiologic monitoring. While psychotherapy is not provided within my clinic, I collaborate closely with licensed therapists to support preparation and post-treatment integration when clinically appropriate.

My clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based psychiatry, trauma-informed care, and a medical model that emphasizes safety, informed consent, and individualized treatment planning. I am particularly interested in supporting patients who have not responded to conventional pharmacologic or interventional approaches and who benefit from a thoughtful, integrated application of ketamine for both mood and pain symptoms.

Briefly describe how your clinical work or business practice (e.g., policies, practices, or educational offerings) aligns with PRATI's Purpose statement: "Reconnecting to the Sacred: Self, Community, Nature, and Spirit".

My clinical work is grounded in helping individuals reconnect with themselves through relief from severe psychiatric and pain symptoms that have disrupted identity, meaning, and connection. Within a structured and medically supervised ketamine practice, I emphasize intentional preparation, patient education, and integration-oriented support that encourages reflection, self-awareness, and values-based healing.

I approach ketamine treatment with respect for its transformative potential, while maintaining clear boundaries, safety, and collaboration with community-based therapists and healers. This model supports reconnection to self and community, honors the individual’s lived experience, and creates space for insight, restoration, and renewed engagement with life, purpose, and well-being
