Jill Sompel, BSN, RN, NC-BC

I offer compassionate, RN-guided support for adults navigating ketamine experiences, major life transitions, grief, serious illness, existential distress, and end-of-life concerns. My work integrates nursing knowledge, holistic coaching, mindfulness, and psychedelic preparation and integration to help clients transform suffering into meaning and live more fully.
My approach is relational, trauma-aware, and grounded in whole-person care. I combine nurse coaching, mindfulness, somatic awareness, reflective inquiry, psychedelic preparation and integration, and intuitive practices. I create a supportive space where clients can slow down, listen inwardly, explore difficult emotions, and identify meaningful next steps without being rushed or pathologized.
I believe psychedelic experiences are most meaningful when supported by thoughtful preparation, compassionate guidance, and ongoing integration. While I do not prescribe ketamine or replace medical or mental health care, I collaborate with clients and, when appropriate, a prescribing clinicians to provide safe, grounded, and continuous support throughout the process.
My practice aligns with PRATI’s purpose by helping clients reconnect with their inner wisdom, their bodies, their relationships, and a deeper sense of meaning. Through compassionate preparation, supported ketamine experiences, integration, and end-of-life care, I create space for people to slow down, listen inwardly, and remember their connection to something larger than themselves. I approach this work with humility and respect for the sacred nature of healing, transformation, and our shared human experience.
