Cassidy Carr, PMHNP-BC

I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner providing integrative mental health care with a focus on innovative treatments for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other treatment-resistant conditions. I currently offer intramuscular (IM) ketamine treatment and am especially interested in collaborating with local therapists who wish to incorporate ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) into their work. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medical oversight, and ongoing monitoring to ensure safe, effective care. I take a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, and believe that real healing happens when science meets soul.
By honoring the innate wisdom of the individual and fostering deeper connection through intentional and transformative care. In my ketamine practice, I create a supportive space where clients can reconnect with themselves beyond the symptoms they carry. Holding space for clients to access insights that restore a sense of meaning, agency, and purpose. I actively collaborate with local therapists to support ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, believing that healing is most powerful when done in community. My goal is to expand access to this work and make ketamine treatment available to those who feel called to explore it as part of their healing journey.
