I’ve been working in mental health since 2010. I’ve dedicated my professional life to supporting folks to heal from the impacts of sexual violence and early life abuse. I have a solo private practice in Fort Collins, CO and work extensively with people who struggle with the Complex PTSD. I’m skilled in utilizing Internal Family Systems work, EMDR, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy to help my clients bringing greater compassion to their wholes selfs. KAP is an amazing tool, but it is only one of many paths towards well-being.
