Our practice has been serving Gilbert, Arizona for 5 yrs. We offer ketamine treatment IV, IM, and lozenges. We also offer Spravato, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and medication management. We take most major insurances.

We have a veteran’s and first responders program where we waive the out of pocket fees for them and we have started a nonprofit for end of life distress using ketamine. We believe in helping people find connection again in an effort to live a full and happy life with love and support.
