I am an independent contactor with Green Couch Counseling and offer in person and virtual sessions out of the Highlands location. My style of therapy involves Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Schema Therapy. I am also trained in trauma specific treatment modalities, EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
